Our crops are managed by a dedicated subsidiary located in northern France.
We continually adapt and develop the varieties we use based on ongoing research with our scientific partners:
Florimond Desprez and the University of Science and Technology in Lille.
From drying the roots through to producing the powdered extract, we use high-performance, specialist technology to guarantee the quality of our products.
Certification
- Leroux is kosher certified for the manufacture of chicory-based products (see the Chicory section of our online store)
